    Step 1: Choose an exercise according to your current mood. It could be random or something that is bothering you at the moment. Step 2: It’s time to dive in! Review the exercise step by step in your head or in writing, whatever works for you! This is the moment for all of your insights and thoughts to come up. Step 3: Remain calm. You will slowly gain a new perspective regarding this issue. Through your new perspective, you can cope with your emotions and feel more capable of dealing with them in the future. There is no “right” way to complete the exercise. You might complete some exercises in just a few minutes, while others may take much longer. You can do the exercises by yourself, with a partner, or even in a group. What’s even better is that each exercise only requires a few minutes of your attention. The practices are easy to understand and you don’t need prior professional knowledge. All exercises are based on different approaches to improving your mindset and mental well-being. The tools are based on empirical studies and used by therapists and psychologists.

However, these interpretations can be changed, thus creating a perception change. 2. Positive Psychology: This focuses on increasing positive emotions versus treating and targeting negative emotions. It is not focused solely on the positives; rather, the essence of this concept is the experience of positive emotions, awareness of good, and gratitude. 3. Mindfulness: This combines psychology and Buddhism. Its core focus is centered around what is occurring in the present moment. The approach has become recognized and is widely used in the world today due to supportive research.
