The Perfect Mom

Is a "perfect mom" best for a baby?

Even if we try hard - we will never be able to fulfill all of our baby's needs.

But is it an aspiration, and how do we feel about it?

"A Good enough mother" is a term that describes the relationship between a mother and her baby.

An imperfect mother allows the baby to develop by responding to the baby's needs and making him feel frustrated (to an extent).

Frustration will exist naturally and has great value - It teaches the baby how to calm himself and regulate his emotions.

Therefore, beyond the fact that being perfect is not a realistic expectation, It is also not necessarily beneficial - for both the mother and baby.

Liv New Life kit - won't make you the perfect mom.

It will help you accept yourself and love yourself the way you are.
